Welcome was conveniently located across from the train station, making it a great choice for travelers. The modern hotel offered excellent amenities and friendly staff. The large room and incredible bathroom were a highlight, along with the extensive breakfast. Despite a disappointment with the upgrade and lukewarm breakfast, the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The noise isolation and fantastic bathroom facilities added to the positive experience.

Location was very close to major attractions and also Dicker Turm, which is 5 minutes walk away. Walking distance to Frietjes, where you can have lunch. Indoor parking was provided to the guests...

I stay in hotels every week and this is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in. Rooms incredibly comfortable, luxurious bathroom. Staff very helpful and courteous.

TV Channels only in German, no English. DVD player in room but no DVD's. Room service very limited and meals not quite as described on the menu.

Very clean, modern, well kept and super luxury! The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful, welcoming, and excellent.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and well-furnished rooms, complete with a huge bathroom. The separate bath and shower in the marble bathroom added a touch of luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport and the city center. The hotel had a secure and exclusive feeling, with an extra door on each floor for guest-only access.

Nice and spacious room with all facilities you need. Easy to find. Good isolation against the noise. Not far from fantasia-land and Bad- munstereifel. Parking easy to access and under the hotel.

In front off the railway station but no problems with noise. If you are in need of a train this excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect, right opposite the train station in the heart of the city. This made it incredibly convenient for me to travel around. The staff were also very accommodating, providing excellent room service and keeping my room spotlessly clean. I even received a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a fabulous dining area and bar, where I enjoyed some delicious meals and drinks. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the facilties also very well kept. Clean towels/bed linen and very comfortable as well.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Euskirchen. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of variety, and the nearby restaurants were great value. I would recommend this hotel.

It's close to Cologne so good for shopping.

Euskirchen itself is quite a sleepy place.

Wifi in my room was hit and miss, could go from full to no signal depending on where I was stood. Couldn't get the room temperature to go low enough even though this was a winter visit. Food quality not as good as it used to be (I've been staying here quite regularly for the last 6 years). 10 euros a day for parking seems a little cheeky on top of the room cost.
